Built for travellers and adventurers, these compact, river-safe wearable soap bands keep you clean on the go without harming nature. It’s not just a product, but a project that educates the younger generation and uplifts the older generation, with every 50 sold directly funding community connections.

LIFE MAP TO MONGOLIA
OVERCOMING THE ODDS
.jpeg)
Welcome to my extreme adventure! I paddled 300 km through the breathtaking landscapes of Mongolia, and it transformed my perspective on life. This book is about healing through adventure, as I share my journey and insights. As the founder of the Wye Knot community, I’m dedicated to empowering others through real-life experiences, inspiring us all to embrace the unknown.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Rosemary Sales
I’m the founder and director of Wye Knot Community, an author, a survivor, an explorer, and soon, an inventor ready to share my creation with the world in 2026.
I turn ideas into action, creating projects and experiences that connect people, empower communities, and inspire a love of nature.
I work full-time in Hereford, delivering intergenerational workshops, teaching forest school and basic survival skills in send schools, and running a variety of community projects from newborn babies to 104 year olds. Alongside this, I lead women’s wilderness and wilderness adventures, guiding participants through river exploration, nature immersion, and outdoor challenges that build confidence and resilience.
Since 2018, I’ve launched initiatives like “Playing,” Herefordshire’s first intergenerational playgroup, dementia tea parties deity parties movement for the mind, keep Herford moving projects, co-created “WyldWood,” a newspaper connecting generations during the pandemic, and led intergenerational forest school programs—all driven by a belief that innovation starts with listening, courage, and bold action.
Adventure fuels my creativity. I was part of the first British team to canoe the uncharted Delgermörön River in Mongolia, a journey of endurance, discovery, and cultural immersion.
In 2025, I became a published author, sharing my story and lessons learned, and in 2026, I will unveil my invention, a new way to bring ideas to life.
Whether it’s leading workshops, guiding outdoor adventures, or launching bold projects, I’m on a mission to create, inspire, and lead. Explore my website and join the journey.
