All about August!

August has been an incredible month of adventure and empowerment. From exploring the vast landscapes of America to achieving the honour of being one of the top 20 to watch in 2024, it's been a truly unforgettable journey.

Upon returning to Hereford, I dove right back into my women's wilderness weekends. It's been incredibly rewarding to empower over 40 women this summer, teaching them essential skills like fire-building, knife use, and open-fire cooking.

As one participant shared, 'What an incredible weekend- an amazing group of women and every detail filled my soul and made it sing.'

Another participant raved about the recent Wilderness Weekend: 'Just had the most incredible weekend with Wye Knot on their Wilderness Weekend! 🌟 It was all about getting back to basics—wild swimming, cooking over an open fire, and paddle boarding through serene waters. The whole experience made me feel so powerful and connected to nature.'

These testimonials are a testament to the transformative experiences we create together. I'm grateful for the opportunity to empower women and foster a sense of community and connection.

Additionally, I've been passionate about delivering movement sessions to care homes in Hereford. Connecting with people of all ages and helping them stay active in unique ways has been a true highlight. It's a privilege to contribute to the well-being of our community.

As August comes to a close, I'm excited to embark on my next adventure, working in Sweden for a woman's wilderness week with Sweden Outdoors Coaching where we will be canoeing, bush crafting, and camping in the beautiful Scandinavian landscape.

Stay tuned for updates on my Swedish wilderness experience! Thank you for your continued support.
