I recently had the incredible opportunity to work with a group of inspiring women on a week-long wilderness adventure in Sweden. We canoed down the Harkan River, setting up bushcraft camps along the way. From learning to build cosy shelters to mastering the art of fire-making and baking fresh bread, it was a truly transformative experience.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the trip was witnessing the incredible resilience and strength of the women in our group. Together, we faced challenges like navigating rapids and adjusting to the unpredictable weather, forging unbreakable bonds in the process.
As we paddled through the breathtaking Swedish wilderness, I was struck by the beauty and tranquillity
of the natural world. We encountered a variety of wildlife, including majestic moose and playful otters.
Beyond the physical challenges and stunning scenery, this adventure was a profound personal journey. I learned valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of connecting with nature. It's an experience I'll cherish forever.
I'm already planning to return next year for a two-week adventure and am excited to explore the possibility of a winter wilderness trip.
Stay tuned for more updates!
