Movement 2 Music
Movement 2 Music is a group or one-to-one activity seated exercise class using props and music for a steady flow throughout the session. The joy of this if you can take part of the session without physically taking part just by watching and interacting the participant will be apart of the experience. Movement 2 Music is for all abilities; people with low mobility or high mobility in care homes, nursing homes and rest homes. For booking please email or send a direct message on Facebook. Play Together
An interactive play session for older adults and pre-school children along with accompanying parents and carers. This lively creative session supports participants to communicate through play activities, including music, movement, sand, puppets and visual arts. Come along to experience the joy of playing together! The session starts with a cup of tea and chance to arrive gently before getting into full swing.
